Welcome to the Wine Gospel!
Making Wine less intimidating,
one sip at a time.
Wine has a reputation, a complicated one. It’s often seen as something exclusive, something you need a deep cellar or a sommelier certification to understand. But that’s not the truth. Wine isn’t about rules, it’s about discovery. And that’s exactly why The Wine Gospel exists.
I created The Wine Gospel to strip away the pretension and make wine accessible, engaging, and deeply enjoyable for anyone who wants to learn. Whether you’re just starting to explore or already have a few favorite bottles, this is a place where curiosity is more important than credentials.

Axell Adithana
Editor in Chief
Hi! I’m Axell, the voice behind The Wine Gospel. My passion for wine runs deep, and I’m particularly drawn to whites like Riesling, Semillon, and Champagne, though I have a soft spot for Barolo as well. My journey into wine began with my background in culinary and fermentation sciences—I hold a Bachelor’s in Culinary Management from Taylor’s University in Malaysia, where I specialized in Practical Food Science that leads to fermentation, particularly brewing. I’ve also earned a wine certification from WSET and completed a food science syllabus at Harvard University.
Through The Wine Gospel, I want to make wine less intimidating and more engaging, offering a space where curiosity and learning are encouraged. Whether you’re just starting or already deep into your wine journey, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
